The gateway to the Garden Route. After a few days in Cape Town... take the N1 to Worcester and from there follow the road to Barrydale past all the most wonderful Wine Estates like Nuy and Van Loveren .

From Swellendam you will enjoy the luscious wheat farm scenery where surely you will see the nation bird of S A the Blue Crane.  Only 4 hours drive and you will be in the Garden Route and Rinkink Beach House.
