Big Five in Kruger Park
During our holiday in August 2012 we stayed at the Kruger Lodge just outside the Kruger National Park. We were very fortunate as to see wonderful sightings and herewith the proof of seeing the famous BIG FIVE.
On one occasion we saw three lionesses with seven cubs and here on one of the photos are two of them walking so close to our car that I could have toughed them. At the moment I think that the Kruger Park is overpopulated by elephants and that they are doing a lot of damage to the trees Every second tree's
bark is ripped off or destroyed by the elephants. What the outcome of this will be in future is of BIG concern!
And we were more than blessed by seeing 4 Rhinos !!! on three different occasions. Will our grandchildren be so fortunate to see them in future ??
THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST DESTINATIONS IN THE WORLD AND WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO OUR NEXT HOLIDAY IN THE NATIONAL KRUGER PARK NEXT YEAR !!!
